We have the best trainers in the city and we offer an environment that is warm, nurturing and fun. Our members are diverse from high school students to businessmen to grandmothers. They come in all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, but they all share one common goal; to find a fitness program that delivers what it promises without being boring or requiring a large time commitment every week. The reason Pilates has become so popular is the dramatic results that can be achieved with only a few hours a week of consistent practice. With Pilates, most exercises are done with only 6 to ten repetitions, and each rep is done with focus and attention to form. Whether you're very fit or new to exercise, our highly qualified trainers will develop a program that is right for you. A unique component to our program is our Thai Massage and combo sessions. This incorporates assisted stretching with your workout. We make this promise. If you do 3 one hour workouts a week for 3 months you will see amazing results.
